Whether you’re looking to host a baby or bridal shower, a birthday, graduation, anniversary or, office event, we’d love to share our space and help make it happen

for you. Our space is available for private bookings Monday-Saturday after 6pm.

Coastlands Coffee is a Christian owned business with a missional focus. We have a NO alcohol policy at our venue.All events will be reviewed by leadership for approval, and we reserve the right to decline any event.

Rental rates

  • $150/hour (minimum booking two hours)

  • $50 cleaning fee

  • When determining the hours for the rental, include time for setup, the event, and clean up afterwards.

PAYMENT

Fifty percent (50%) of the total payment is required at time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. Full payment is due at the time of booking for events occurring within 30 days. Cancelation Policy: Cancelations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancelation fee. 14-30 days prior to the event, 50% refund. Less than 14 days, no refund. Failure to not meet payment terms is deemed a cancelation by the customer.

INCLUDED:

  • Private event space for the time you are booked

  • Unlock space at the requested time for setup/lockup space at event closing

  • 16 inside chairs and a wall bench with white marble tables

  • 35 outdoor chairs, 3 white tables, and 4 wooden tables

  • One accent chair and one couch (a total of 53 seats available at the space)

  • Trash cans and trash bags to use during event

  • The coffee shop counter is available to set up and place food/drink/gifts, etc.

  • Sound system with speakers that can be connected to your device for music during your

    event.

  • Broadband Internet via Wifi

  • Cleaning. You pack up your décor, gifts, food, and linens. Place all food, trash, and drinks in the trash cans. Coastlands will clean the floors, wipe down surfaces, and empty all trash

    cans.

FULL COFFEE BAR:

Hire a barista for your event and have the espresso bar open. (Guests can buy their drinks, or you can keep a tab and pay at the end of the event.) RATE: + $40/hour (drinks not included)

DRIP COFFEE:

Pump pot carafe of freshly brewed drip coffee, half n half, sweeteners/sugar/stirrers, and 12 oz cups available (approximately 10 cups of coffee per carafe) RATE: + $35 / carafe

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Decor/Setup/Linens. We ask that you do not bring glitter or confetti.

  • The kitchen area behind the bar is off-limits and is restricted to Coastlands Coffee

  • employees only. We can provide power chords to the bar top for crockpots, etc.

  • However, there is no place to wash dishes or cook.

  • Food or drink (add on a barista if you’d like the coffee bar to be open!)
